Then review their engagements to see if they are truly influencers or just people with a lot of followers. Sounds crazy, but it does make a difference. I know someone that has hundreds of thousands of followers, but his interaction levels are abysmal. I also know people that only have tens of thousands of followers, but their engagement rate is crazy high. Do your research and choose the right ones. Then comes the rate negotiation, but that is not really all that hard. A lot of people with strong following make their money from a lot of endorsements instead of just a few big ones.
